Terms of Service

HookCraft is an AI tool that turns a product description into three scroll-stopping hooks, a 30-second video script, and a set of hashtags for TikTok. You submit a product description, pick a vibe, and we return the assets. Generation is powered by a third-party LLM.

You need an account to generate. You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must provide accurate information at sign-up. We may suspend or delete accounts that appear to be fraudulent or abusive.

Paid plans are billed monthly through Creem. By subscribing you agree to Creem’s payment terms.

All sales are final. No refunds are possible, including for partial periods, unused generations, or accidental purchases. If you believe a charge is wrong, email us and we’ll review it.

You can cancel anytime from the Creem customer portal. Your Pro features stay active until the end of the paid period, then your account reverts to Free.

We may change plan prices for new subscribers at any time. Existing subscribers keep their current price until the end of their paid period; we will give at least 30 days’ notice before any price change applies to them.

You agree not to use HookCraft to:

• Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that promotes violence or self-harm
• Generate sexual content involving minors
• Spam the service, attempt to bypass rate limits, or otherwise abuse the infrastructure
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Impersonate any person or entity

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You own the product descriptions, target audience notes, and the generated output created from your account. We do not claim any ownership over them.

You give us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your inputs and store your outputs solely to operate the service for you.

The HookCraft brand, design, code, and this website are ours. You may not copy, resell, or scrape the service.

Generated hooks, scripts, and hashtags are produced by a third-party AI model. They are provided “as is” with no warranty of accuracy, originality, fitness for a particular purpose, or compliance with TikTok’s terms or any advertising regulations. You are responsible for reviewing and editing the output before you publish or use it.

HookCraft is a writing aid, not legal, compliance, or marketing advice.

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of HookCraft is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You can delete your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 7, 9, and 11) survive.

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date at the top will change. For material changes we email registered users at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
